You will join an elite team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1 billion students worldwide. If we execute on our product vision, you will have built something generational that transforms education globally.

Your mission
The problem you’ll solve: You’ll unlock new revenue opportunities by turning interest into long-term partnerships - helping Knowunity scale one of its most important monetisation engines while shaping how we serve our B2B customers.

Your ownership: 
  • Own the full sales funnel - from strategic lead generation and outreach to closing deals and managing long-term accounts that drive repeat revenue.

  • Build and optimise a high-performing sales process, experimenting with new approaches (pricing, messaging, funnel flow) to increase conversion and velocity.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Product to scale inbound sales, improve lead quality, and elevate customer experience.

Why this matters: As we scale to 1 billion students, sustainable growth depends on our ability to monetise effectively. The deals you close and relationships you build directly impact ARR, open new market opportunities, and accelerate our path to profitability.

What success looks like: You’ll consistently close high-quality partnerships and generate upsell opportunities through strong relationship management. Your input will shape a repeatable, efficient sales engine that fuels Knowunity’s monetisation strategy. Over time, you'll be seen as a key growth driver - both in revenue impact and in evolving how we sell, collaborate, and win.

  • Handles objections like opportunities - you listen closely, respond smartly, and win trust even in tough conversations
  • Leverages AI - as a force multiplier in everything you do

Your track record
You’ve already had your hands in the B2B sales game — qualifying leads, booking meetings, running demos, and closing deals. You’ve shown grit, learned fast, and consistently improved performance. You’re energized by targets, motivated by growth, and proud to play a key role in a team that wins together.

Must-haves
  • Initial experience across the B2B sales funnel, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills, especially over the phone
  • Native or near-native German and fluent English (C1–C2)
  • Ready to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility!)
