You will join an elite team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1 billion students worldwide. If we execute on our product vision, you will have built something generational that transforms education globally.

Your mission
The problem you’ll solve: You’ll unlock the next phase of Knowunity’s B2B growth—scaling a GTM engine that transforms strong product-market fit into predictable, repeatable ARR across Germany and Europe.

Your ownership: 
  • Own and scale our full B2B sales motion—from outbound strategy to upsell and account management—driving consistent pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth.

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team (AEs, SDRs, CSMs) while elevating the quality of execution, processes, and sales enablement across every stage of the funnel.

  • Shape and iterate on GTM strategy, testing new segments, geos, and messaging that help us scale B2B monetization with speed and clarity.

Your work directly impacts ARR growth, funding our mission to support 1 billion students and helping thousands of companies connect with their future talent. The more effective your engine, the more reach and retention we drive - globally.

What success looks like: You’ll lead the team to hit ambitious sales targets and double down on what works—turning seven-figure traction into a scalable growth machine. Your contributions will be both strategic and hands-on: from refining outbound playbooks and strengthening upsells to closing key accounts and unlocking new markets. Over time, B2B growth will be seen as a core engine of Knowunity’s success—and you’ll be the one who built it.

Your track record
You’ve delivered results in high-growth sales environments — closing deals, leading people, and setting up scalable processes that move the needle. Whether in B2B SaaS or advertising, you've applied best-in-class sales methodologies like solution selling or MEDDPICC to drive consistent outcomes. You’ve built credibility with clients, execs, and internal teams alike — and you’re hungry to level up again.

Must-haves
  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales or Growth in a fast-paced environment (startup/scale-up)
  • Background in B2B SaaS or advertising; business degree from a top university
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, challenge, and scale a team
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Ready to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility!)
