Your mission
We are looking for a highly motivated Head of B2B Growth who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to drive the next growth phase at Knowunity. As a Head of B2B Growth, you will be key in shaping and executing our B2B Sales Go-to-Market strategy to expand our presence in Germany but also in Europe after first strong signs with seven-figure ARR within one year. 

This is an exciting and challenging role as it requires a mix of strategic planning, sales expertise, and leadership to elevate our team and revenue to new heights. It also includes doing significant sales hands-on and actively contributing to revenue growth. You will lead our five-person Sales team (2 AEs, 3 SDRs), and report directly to Anna, our VP Commercial.


Your mission will be to... 

  • GTM strategy and execution: Shape, test, and execute a comprehensive go-to-market/sales strategy (incl. optimizing outbound engine, building inbound, enhancing upselling opportunities, etc.) that enables Knowunity to expand its presence in Germany and Europe and drive significant ARR growth
  • Ownership of the sales funnel: Own the whole sales funnel from outbound to account management and upselling to meet or exceed your own and your team’s sales targets
  • Team leadership: Further build and manage a team of Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent sales processes for our clients
  • Process and material improvement: Further improve our sales processes and sales enablement efforts along the whole sales funnel. In addition, test and develop compelling sales materials and pitches that communicate Knowunity’s value proposition effectively
  • Sales targets and performance tracking: Set team targets and analyze sales performance (weekly, monthly, and annual) at each stage of the funnel to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Sales contribution: Sell hands-on and manage relevant customer relationships throughout the entire sales funnel to actively contribute to revenue growth

Your story
  • Background: You have a business background with a top university degree in Business or a related field and are eager to go the extra mile
  • Experience: You have 4-6 years of experience in Sales or Growth in a fast-paced, high-performing environment (e.g., startup/scale-up); ideally your experience is in B2B SaaS or the advertising space
  • Leadership skills: You have demonstrated (some) people leadership skills, are able to communicate well with different stakeholder groups, and are not afraid to challenge assumptions internally or externally
  • Negotiation skills: You have strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to create trust, effectively handle objections, and present compelling pitches
  • Sales methodologies: You have demonstrated expertise with B2B sales methodologies, such as solution/consultative selling as well as practical application of industry best practices (e.g., MEDDPICC framework)
  • Language skills: You are fluent in both German (native) and English; additional languages like French and/or Italian is a plus
  • Location: You are located in Berlin or open to re-location to Berlin. You are happy to come into the office five days/week
