You will join an elite team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1 billion students worldwide. If we execute on our product vision, you will have built something generational that transforms education globally.

Your story
You understand that finding the right people is the foundation of any successful company. You get excited about connecting exceptional individuals with opportunities where they can thrive and make an impact. You're naturally curious and resourceful, constantly exploring new ways to find hidden talent pools. When others hit roadblocks in the search for candidates, you're already thinking three steps ahead with alternative approaches. You believe in quality over quantity and have a natural ability to spot potential that goes beyond what's written on a resume. You've developed a keen eye for the subtle indicators that someone will excel in a high-performance environment. You don't need extensive processes to be effective - you can create structure where needed while remaining agile enough to pivot when circumstances change. Above all, you're driven by results and take pride in building something meaningful.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience in tech recruiting, ideally with exposure to startup environments
- A proactive mindset with the ability to independently drive multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present Knowunity's mission and culture with infectious enthusiasm to turn candidates from interested to excited
- Excellent judgement in evaluating talent beyond traditional qualifications
- A data-oriented approach to recruitment with the ability to establish effective tracking, analyse metrics, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve our hiring effectiveness
- Creative sourcing skills to identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly
- A growth mindset with eagerness to learn, adapt and implement new approaches
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted advisor
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
